Heather Lunsford
Heather has developed a successful career in Government Affairs, representing clients at both the local and state levels. With expertise in local government processes and issues, as well as experience with the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency, she offers clients a comprehensive understanding of public policy in the region.
Passionate about community engagement, Heather has served on several non-profit boards, taskforces, and committees, demonstrating her commitment to civic involvement and giving back.
Before launching Interius Partners, Heather spent seven years with a government affairs and lobbying firm in Nevada, where she worked closely with clients at the local and state levels. Her experience navigating the Nevada Legislature, combined with her extensive knowledge of local government dynamics, enabled her to effectively advocate on behalf of clients and achieve meaningful results. Heather also served multiple legislative sessions for the American Lung Association, focusing on health policy and advocacy.
She brings another level of experience having served as the CEO for Sierra Nevada REALTORS® representing 750 REALTORS® in five counties. During this time Heather played a pivotal role in leading SNR through a merger with Reno Sparks Association of REALTORS®, resulting in the formation of a new, expanded Sierra Nevada REALTORS® that now covers six counties. Through her leadership and strategic execution, the merger was not only seamless but also positioned the organization to be financially sound, ensuring long-term stability and growth. This achievement demonstrates Heather's ability to manage complex transitions while maintaining the health and success of the organization.
Heather is a past Chair and graduate of Leadership Reno Sparks and has served on the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund (JDRF) Board as well as their national Advocacy team representing Northern Nevada.
In her free time, Heather enjoys playing golf, spending time at the lake, snow skiing, and attending community events. She is engaged to Joel Giandalia, and they live in Reno, NV.
Bob Lucey
Bob Lucey is a trusted community leader and consensus builder who served the State of Nevada as the State Infrastructure Coordinator, which he was appointed to in January 2023 by Governor Lombardo. Prior to his role with the state, he served as the Chair of the Washoe County Commission for 5 years. In addition to leading the policy development for the 470,000 residents of Washoe County, Bob served as the Chair for the Reno-Sparks Convention and Visitor’s Authority for 7 years of his tenure, the Regional Transportation Commission, and the Community Homelessness Advisory Board. As part of his leadership roles, Bob has extensive legislative experience, working closely with state and federal policy makers, including Nevada’s congressional delegation, to develop forward-thinking legislation, acquire additional local funding and bring new federal resources to Washoe County. Bob also served as the President of the Nevada Association of Counties, the Washoe County Federal and State Legislative Liaison and Vice Chair of the Policy Steering Committee on Transportation for the National Association of Counties.
During Bob's 8 years as an elected County Commissioner, he was a steadfast advocate for local businesses, successfully protecting them from detrimental regulations. His proactive approach and deep understanding of policy have ensured that businesses thrive without the burden of overbearing governmental restrictions. Bob's commitment to fostering a business-friendly environment has made a lasting impact on the community's economic health.
In his numerous leadership roles, Bob has become adept in understanding Northern Nevada’s needs and goals. Bob has focused his expertise towards developing numerous strategic plans for the region and the multiple agencies he has represented. This experience has been invaluable to his success as a local leader and has afforded him the opportunity to convene and collaborate with business and community stakeholders at both the regional and national levels.

He is deeply committed to team development, which has been instrumental in guiding his buisness and organizination through challenging times with remarkable success. Bob’s leadership style emphyizes collaboration, innovation, and resilience, ensuring his teams remian motivated and effective in the face of adversity.
As a 5th generation Nevadan, Bob has been dedicated to his community which is reflected by his career to public service. As a committed husband and father of two, Bob works tirelessly to enhance the community in which he has chosen to raise his family and remains committed to the quality of life for all that live, work, and play in Northern Nevada.
